Oh I will be stoked if its a liberator... but i dont think so due to where the side plexi angles down to the body. and ive never seen an engine bay vent like the one on the side...but hey its only $100 bucks. Im going to keep looking at other suggestions.

im think the bow design is a foumula.

good candidate for restoration.....but the money it will cost to restore it big....

the drives are gone......that is 2 b3's at 7k a pop......2 454's another 7k a pop...

that is 28 thou and we havent even looked at the rotten transom and deck yet.

but i would love to play with a toy like that.....2 month later.....it would be a totally different boat !

I know exactly what kind of boat that is - one that's been neglected and is going to cost way way more than it'll ever be worth to rebuild and restore (I have one of those, by the way).

Is there any way you could get the hull ID number? That would tell you exactly what it is (or at least someone on here could tell you what is is with that information).

I'd agree w/ "oops". It's got that older Formula look to me. I'm guessing 27' due to the twins out back.

I understand that you are looking at this boat from "off" but can you get someone to look at the upper starboard outer skin of the transom and see if there is a Hull identification Number (HIN) molded into the fiberglass? If so, the first three alpha characters will tell us who made it. Good luck!

I hope you meant that he's going to pay you $100 to take it off his hands.....that's certainly a big project

Well thanks for all the info but I decided not to take on that project oops! was right alot of money for those blocks and drives. So i decided to focus on the resto of my 21.3 seahawk CC...the story is I sold it to my neighbor 3 yrs ago. I then was called out to seattle for a 6 month job that took 3 yrs...just got back to the house in FL and the boat is still sitting exactly where i parked it for him in his yard the day before I left for seattle. I told him i would buy it back from him for half the price but only if the 98 merc 250 efi ran. So he went and got the new filters, fresh fuel in prtable tank fresh oil...and it started. So the resto begins next week. I will be posting progress in the proper forum. Laters...
