thanks rabidfish.....i forgot 2 things in the post.....what is the gap for those plugs...and should there be a stream of water coming from this motor or is it exhausted underwater....?Thanks......KC

Exhaust and water should exit from port just above the propeller.<br /><br />You should be able to see a splattering of water from the exhaust relief holes on the back of the midsection. Not a very good indicator, but thats all it has.<br /><br />plug Champion L87yc .040 gap
