my topic is gone<br /><br />act of congress <br /><br />who do you have to know to get a trailer in pa registered with no vin number from out of state??<br />dmv said get a cop to verify it then i could get new vin number but three weeks ticked by hey fishing season is here i guess they don't fish

get a bill of sale stating that the trailer is a homemade trailer, that way you dont need a vin number and you can register it.

just use word perfect, type out a bill of sale, sign it(not your name). sometimes we have to hoodwink the state. they don't understand fishing.
