what does this timing base fit

I have a timing base, I think its for a saildrive but dont know yr model, oem # 583289, I also have a power pack #581895. Any help or direction to find out would be great. Thanks

Googled the timer, guy selling on Craigslist said it fits 88-99 88-140 v4's, Powerpack shows 77 v4's 85hp and 140hp

Not sure if i'm right , it's 3rd party google info
