What do you wish you spent more money on or did better to your boat.

There have been a few things I have cheeped out on with the boat.

1. I bought a cheep 12V TV, the sound is bad and the viewing angle is even worse, wish I spent more money on a better TV

2. I bought some underwater LED lights. Wish I spent more money on them.


Any one else out there wish they put more time, money or effort in to a boat project? If so what is it?

I bought a rechargeable jumper battery/compressor/inflator- POS. Should have invested towards a dual battery set up instead.

Nope....I learned long ago, its cheaper in the long run if you spend the money to do things right the first time.

The boat is my pride and joy. Everything is done first class or not at all...

Not more money, but wish I didn't rush the teak inlays in the swim platform. All my teak looks great, the teak on the platform is pealing and delaminated. Also happens to be the hardest teak to remove and redo!

Other than that, so far everything else I have been happy with.

Sometimes I wish I had spent more money on the whole dang boat to start with, lol.

Other than that, I've spent money pretty liberally on my old boat. I have a lot of things I'd like to add but I'm trying to pace myself a little.

I wish I would have bought a boat that's 2-3' bigger...
