What do you think the best new model outboards are?

I will be buying a new 2-stroke outboard and am curious what you think the best brand is? What Ive heard so far is that Merc, and Yamaha are tops. Your thoughts?

Even though they're in transistion at the moment,Evinrude's new ETEC line is right on schedule for model year 2004 release(couple more months)...these are coming out in your horsepower range first and then expanding into the entire line..check Evinrude.com for the specs :cool:
