What do you call the membrane between the boat horn and outer hull grill AKA horn cover?

I inadvertently caught mine with a power sprayer for a 1/2 second and shredded it...
Would like to find some piece that I can cut-to-fit.

Probably any thin plastic would work. A cut up baggie or Saran wrap might work. It's water shield and pretty much shaded from the sun.
