I am thinking of purchasing a 1999 Rinker 192 Bowrider with a Mercruiser 5 litre. It has no hour metre but the owner figures around 200 hrs. I don't really know anything about this boat but I'm told its a good combo. What are the main things I should be looking for when buying a used boat and has anyone heard anything positive or negative about this make and model. Please give me some feedback so I know whether I should take the plunge or not. <br /><br />P.S. The owner is asking $22,000 Canadian - Good deal or Not????
