What do I have???

I am not new to boating, but am new to this boat and OMC what are the tanks on the motor. one more question I have 3 batteries one for the generator and one for each motor would it be beneficial to install another battery for each motor so I would have two for each one? anything else you guys recommend me doing to these motors?

1.Heat exchangers (water to water radiators) for your closed cooling system (engines have antifreeze in them...or should)
2.Not really.
3.Riser to manifold joint is leaking really badly in one of the pics. Possible serious issue there. I'd pull them all and cheack right away if you wish to avoid water in your engines. One of the engines has had the risers replaced as they don't match....so someone had a problem at one time.

I din't realize this is a closed cooling system. Should there be any water coming out of the exhaust?

Yes. It's the water that cools the heat exchanger and the exhaust.

That does make sense. I have a sPare gasket kit for the riser is there anything specific I need to look for?

The mating surfaces rotted and rusted away, the manifolds and risers themselves rotted away inside.
