Well....going off the consoles and the gunnels you're talking about an aluminum boat. Possibly has replacement seats as I haven't seen buttoned seats in forever....like 70-80's.
It's also entirely possible that someone who redid the boat had that insignia embroidered on the seat simply because they liked it.
