What are these ?

I have asked West Marine and a local electronics part store and no one knows what these are. I have two of these that were mounted on the inside of my boat near the battery. Both have rusted out and I am not sure what they are. One terminal is "Batt" and the other says "AUX". they are in my SeaFox boat. Any ideas ???? Are they relays ? They are fuses because the wires leading to them have inline fuses. Thanks.

Actually they were inline circuit breakers. I suspect they are garbage now.
