I have 2 of these mounted on my boat (one on each side) on the interior It says "EZ Mount on the right and "Campbell" on the left. Does any one know what they are and what they are for?
They look like things that "bows" can be insterted into to keep a boat cover from forming a into pool of water. They keep the cover taut and tallest in the center so it sheds rain water and keeps the boat dry.
That was what I was thinking, I had a feeling it was for the cover, but there was nothing included with the boat that looked like it would go there. Thanks
I have, they claim they were not installed at the factory, so the previous owner must have installed them. I do think they must have something to do with the cover, I dont know what else they could be for.
I think it is a braket for a boat top like the Bimini however if you didn't get something that would fit in the slot with the boat I might suggest that you remove them fix the holes and move on.
