What are these holes for in this carbeurator drain manifold

Just doing some tuneups on my Honda 8hp motor and wondering what these 2 other holes are for in this manifold? The smaller hole is for my carbeurator drain tube but have no idea what the 2 larger ones are for, so I was thinking to just plug them so no water comes up though there.

Tried looking up the Honda parts diagram for it. The manifold is shown as number "5" on it, but it doesn't list what E-14 or E-6 is. ? ? ?

Not knowing what year or model my guess would be that is to pass the wires through to connect a battery for the lighting circuit.

I think on my older 7.5 one is for the carb drain and the other for the tell tale.
Are those holes for a lack of a better term not self sealing?

Looks like I guessed wrong. It seems there is a separate plug for battery charging. See page 22.

Actually, one of them WAS the PEE tube. Here are a couple pics from the Service Manual. The first one shows three connections, the carb drain, the PEE tube, and a third one. The last section of the manual, there is an "85 Supplemental", with another look at that grommet and you can see where the PEE tube has been moved off the grommet and over to it's dedicated grommet on the starboard side. I wonder if they had complaints from folks who sit on the starboard side that they couldn't see the stream. I'm not sure what the other hose is. I SUSPECT it might be a crankcase vent tube, just because of where it is connected to on the other end. My motor is like yours... both of those holes in the grommet are unused. I would not worry about plugging them, but it won't hurt anything if you really want to.

I believe that is correct.---One hose from earlier crankcase ventilation was fitted there.
