What are these harnesses? And what are they for? 2001 Nissan 140HP

I'm just going through the motor I recently bought and came across these two harnesses. What are they and what are they for? I want to make sure that everything I need hooked up is connected and working.

All will be clear once you review the diagram in the Factory service manual. Hint: red is 12c power, pink/sky blue pair is tilt/trim.
