I have no sympathy for anyone knowingly fooling around with a married person.

She'll stay with the 61 year old untill his viagra script runs out.

It all comes to the lack of respect for others due to their own self intrest.

The courts want out of these type of lawsuits, However I feel there needs to be more to make people accountable for thier infidelity.

It is the law to only be married to one person, but it is okay to be single, have as many mates and children as you want. Then let us the taxpayer pay for thier dirty deeds. WRONG WRONG WRONG! I want more wives! just joking, one costs to much now! :p

Well, I believe (after too much experience) that the stupidest things a man does in (or to) his life are always about women. :(

I guess women have the same weakness.

Re: What a reason to sue

Why do men do this to other men? Why do women do it to other women? I read one recently where a woman sued her husbands employer for allowing an affair to continue between her husband a female co worker. The company knowing this continued to send the pair on business trips together. She won the suit, as I recall she is financially set. The kicker is the husband of the woman also filed a suit against the company, and they settled out of court.
