I took a blind stab on the map and chose what turned out to be a hot spot in Destin! About eight miles out from the destin cut. No wind, calm seas, 80 deg. temp. and lots of fish.<br /><br />Caught 30 hardtail for bait, and ran out in an hour catching amberjack. Switched to squid and caught red snapper. The squid ran out, and we trolled some deep magnum rappallas, and caught King mackerel (Five in the boat, two lost), and the icing on the cake-----two yellowfin tuna.<br /><br />The best day of fishing I ever had.
