westbend outboard /waterjet

I have a older westbend outboard that is a waterjet, engine sn 2712, engine mod 70013. can anyone give me any info on this,?? lower unit is in good shape, but engine, single cylinder, is missing carb, and fuel tank.

I don't find numbers even close to those.West Bend was only exported before 55.
perhaps that is an export number.61 and earlier were 2 hp 62 on 3.5 Both aircooled with water cooled exhaust leg.2 hp used a Tillotson MD59A carb,3.5 a MD124A or a Walbro LMG175A.

I was told that these were the same engines westbend used in go-carts and scooters, ring any bells to anyone??
