Wellcraft Coastal 230 Deck Paint

I recently purchased a 1988 Wellcraft Coastal 230. The cockpit has a coat of light gray paint over its entire surface. I have seen the cockpit painted the same way on many of these boats. The paint is worn and there are some minor stress cracks. What kind of paint would I use for this application?

I have a 1988 Wellcraft Fisherman with the same grey paint on the floor. I ordered a gallon of Evercoat Skid-No-More, also in grey, but have not had a chance to do the job yet. Check their web site.
