wellcraft 18 offshore electric panel

Hi there I'm rebuilding a 1987 wellccraft 18 offshore center console remove the floor, removed the foam and getting ready to clean old wires and redo all my electrical, bilge pumps, anchor light, etc, I have behinf the center console a fuse box where all my wires are connected, I would like to use something thru the back so I can get power to the lights and bilge from the back part of the boat and avoid running too many wires to the front. Any ideas thanks.

The console will have nav light and bilge pump switches - Right? Unless you figured a way to wirelessly turn on the pump and lights, you will have wiring from the console to the back. Not many wires either.
