Was on earlier this morning; got off normally. Turn off computer. Would not start up. Had to get online Tech help. Was it you or me?

Yep; it was the website. I pay monthly for online computer repair with AT&T. Just got off with them (12:09 AM). They had to reset my Browser; and a few other things that according to them occured from this website. I told them that you guys were revamping the system; and all kind of issues were coming up.

They are jacking you around. The forum doesn't change your browser and the only thing used is cookies to keep your username to keep you logged in.

A browser can not stop the machine from turning on - the 1st problem.

No idea what the 2nd one was, but I bet they cleared your browser cache, maybe a couple of other things. iBoats didn't cause the problem and they looked at your history and blamed iBoats as the easy way out.

Well Scott; it is part of my package. It cost me $1.00 a month more. This covers the Modem; (We do wireless) and covers all Internet issues. We do not have a home phone; only Internet. Mobiles are cheaper.. We have been with them since '64; and usually get quick service. Thats why.
