weight comparison of V4 crossflow vs looper

I am repowering my ski boat, which is already marginally a bit too heavy on transom.<br /><br />Current engine is a 1984 115hp johnson crossflow with 20" leg and v4 gear box.<br /><br />I will be repowering with 1992 140hp evinrude looper. The looper has had a 2.0L block fitted. It has 20" leg and also v4 gearbox.<br /><br />Can anyone give me the the weights of each motor?
