Way to much fuel Help!!!!!!!!!!! 5.8 L Volvo SX in a 1995 regal

I have so much fuel that is running out of the intake plenem . I have traced it down to a box that the high preasure fuel pump sits on. It is coming out of a line that connects into the air plenem. I know that raw fuel is not suposed to be there. But i don't know why it is comming out of this line. What is in the box and what is the remedy for this problem.. Boy am i glad that this thing did not backfire...

if you cant properly identify parts how can we help you?
most likly the needle valve in the VST is leaking and the vent line goes to the intake Via a pulse limiter on the intake.
pulse limiter prevents an intake backfire from lighting off the VST.
next time,look in the parts diagram and use the proper term and everyone behind a monitor will be on the same page.
the 5.8 EFI volvo is a rare critter.
