Waverunner 760 HOP UP

Im currently doing a top end rebuild on a 760. My friend (owner) would like to squeeze some extra horses from this machine. Anybody know a reputable source for a performance package and some advice as to whether it is worth the money. Also how much extra power can be had from this engine. We're not racing just pulling a tube and generally playing around so we dont want to get radical or unreliable.

How much money is he wanting to spend?

some easy options:

aftermarket head
aftermarket exhaust
aftermarket impeller
aftermarket CDI
advance timing

any or all modifications above may require re-jetting the carbs or at minimum some carb tuning.

I think you can get a pipe, milled head and a better jet setup. The rived pump or jet gave me the most performance increase. The rives stop the cork screwing motion and push the water straight out from your pump.
