I,m trying to find hull diagrams on a 1995 mako 17.1 cc. I just bought the boat and it appears to list to the port side while sitting parked in slip at marina. I'm concerned that the hull might be waterlogged and would like to start looking for the problem with some knoledge of the hull design. Any help would be appretiated. The aft scuppers also appear to be just at the waterline or slightly below it.

You could test with a moisture meter. You could also haul the boat and let it sit tongue high, then drill a hole in the outer skin (outer skin only) of the hull to see if water drains out.

You likely won't find one online. Those types of things aren't published normally. However, if you contact Mako they "might" be able to send you something to help you see the layout.

I'd say pull the boat, get it nose high on the trailer and see if you get any water dripping for an extended time out of the hull drain. That would be a good starting point.

I'm not familiar with the boat but I know the weight of the battery can cause a bit of a list.

weigh the boat
compare the weight of the boat to spec

if the hull is water logged, it will weigh about 500# or more than spec

You can look at my thread it will give you an idea.
I have pulled cap and removed all foam down to bare fiberglass.
Replaced transom, and starting stringers.

For what its worth.
The only way to fix waterlogged foam is dig it out.
Drilling holes will "drip" a minute excess amount and tell you that there is a problem. Then you have a hole to patch, no biggie, just saying.
Vacuuming wont do it, even if you had a large enough oven, that wouldn't dry it either.
It takes a shovel, crow bar, claw hammer. those kind of things to remove foam.
I have posted my dealings with soaked foam on this forum if you search for it.

Classic Mako is where the Mako's hang out and there are hundreds maybe 1000's of projects you can view over on that site.
