Water spray around engine

I finally took my 1965 Aristrocraft with 120 2.5 Mercruiser I/O engine out for the first time and it ran well. I noticed after a while of checking the engine compartment that water was spraying around. Like a real light mist.

The boat had been sitting for a long time until I was able to get the engine rebuilt. Any ideas on where to start?

Follow the spray back to source... Leaking hose, weeping gasket, cracked block/manifold. Could be anything...
