What is the better route to take. Installing a water seperator filter or an in-line filter? There appears to be plenty of room to install either one before the regular fuel filter on the 3/4" gray hose coming from the tank. Your thoughts and recomendations? I bought an in-line filter today, but can hunt down a water seperator filter if its the best avenue to take.

Thanks!

Inlines are great for cars, trucks, lawn mowers, and other things not near water.
Boats get water in the fuel from the fill cap, the vent, and some gas tanks that are stored underwater where you get your gas when on the water.
What do you think you should have?

ahhh, Wisdom! Of course, wisdom lets us border very close to sarcasm at times! I once had a teacher that let me answer my own questions. Of course, my wife does it to me now! But she words it, "do what you want", lol!!

More importantly, I will begin my search for the proper water seperator filter!

Thanks, Don!
