Can anyone tell me if water seperating fuel filters are ok to use with 50-1 2 stroke pre-mix ?
You see ive taken off the vro
(cannot trust it ,no way) but would still like to use a
water seperating fuel filter.
I like the ones with a clear bowl on the bottom and the filter canister above that you can
let any water or sediment out the bottom of the unit.
But i heard from someone that the 2 stroke oil might not go through the filters due to most being
between 10 and 20 microns etc.
I like the idea of the plastic housed one due to less corrosion in salt water enviroment that i
would often be using the boat in.
Is there any particular products to stay away from ?
or any products suited exactly for my pre-mix 2 stroke fuel.
