when i start my 10 hp honda outboard no water comes put the pee hole but air does what do i need to do

first off - use compressed air or a strong stream of water (with the motor running) and try and clear out the pee hole...may just be plugged up :cool:

You're telltale may well be restricted and that is not uncommon for this engine.That telltale is a comfort item and is a poor reflection on how you are actually cooling so the big question is ;Are you getting hot?.Most of the cooling water exits below the water line and you will never see it.Feel your engine after a warm up at the t-stat housing.You should be able to hold your hand there for a few moments with minimal discomfort.If you have to draw your hand away right off ,you have an overheat situation.
