WATER PUMP

I have a 35bf honda outboard 93, I am trying to get at the water pump. I removed the 4 bolts from the lower unit and the bolt under the rudder? dont no the proper name. Anyway one end of lower unit is loose but I cant drop it down? What am I missing.<br /> Thanks, Gary

You need to disconnect the shift linkage that is what is not allowing the lower unit to drop.
