Water pump pulley won't turn

I am a new owner of a 1998 Chaparral Signature 300 twin engines 5.7L 350 MPI. The problem is that the port's engine water pump pulley (center) won't turn, engine runs fine. Please advise.

Replace the pump, the bearings failed.
