I am replacing my water pump impeller. 1994 mercury 60hp. Right now, I am having problems getting the lower foot off. I have removed the 2 bolts on both starbroad and port sides. the zinc trim tab and the nut underneath it. the aft part of the foot drops a little but the forward does not. There is a water pressure speedometer up take and I have removed the plactic tubing from the brass fitting. It appears to be the brass fitting that is hanging up. What do I do.
