You have a leak, either around the hatch, or cleats/stantion bases,or portlites.
Those trim tabs look like self adjusting types, spring loaded. Also you want to clean them up.

Water pressure eventually ( as you go faster )pushes the tabs up., usually even with the transom . Main purpose is to keep bow down while getting on plane . The trim switch I would guess is for trimming your outdrive, need more info.

Switch might be for trimming your outdrive, have you verified that function ? Tabs down helps keep bow down which helps boat get on plane quicker . At cruising speed the tabs should be even with the hulls bottom.

i used the drain plug and now the water is gone. But if it was a leak under the boat Why was there no water When it was in the water? It came when we lifted the boat up

The water was in the aft bilge, when it was lifted the water ran forward to the cabin area. Bilge pumps don't get all the water out, just most of it. So the water could be from bad bellows, a leak from rainwater or most any place. You will have to search for the culprit. I don't care what type of boat you have, water get's in the bilge over summer.
