when i bought this motor the water pressure guage didnt work.(i do have water going to the guage). i have bought a new guage but havn't installed it yet.what kind of pressure should i see with a new water pump? also, i have been hearing horrer stories from local evinrude dealers about this V8. they all say it wont be long before she blows up. also, they arnt very reliable motors. one guy told me to remove my vro pump and run pre-mix at 50:1.what do you guys think?trade her in before she let's go? i like those evinrude 225 HO's.local will sell me one for $11,500 with the rebate. thanks...james
