Thanks for your replies to water pump problem. I have just replaced water pump cover impellor and gaskets. I have checked telltale for bugs and debris. Telltale is clear. Have been told to check poppet valve.<br />How do I locate and identify this part on my 175 mercury outboard engine? Trying to get this fixed to take 6 children camping for the week next Saturday and desperately need to get this fixed. All replies greatly appreciated. Thanks for your suggestions.
