How do I get to the carb on 1986 evenrude 4? Motor was in cabin when sailboat sank. Engine does crank with hand pull. There was water in the cylinders. Removed plugs "pumped" out water and squirted in WD-40. Need to get to carb.
you need to get that motor started immediately. there is a nut on each side of the carb, where it mounts to intake, take the cover off the front of the carb, remove choke lever.
