Water Leak

I changed out the impeller in my Nissan Marine 15 hp and tank tested it today. There is a water leak between the lower unit and the midsection. Is this normal? Got a good pee stream but am concerned about the leaks.

First, we need your correct model (not year). Drain holes will flow, but that looks excessive. Is the water pipe properly seated in the grommet at the water pump?

NSF15C. I spent the better part of the morning trying to upload a video... Doesn't pay to take the easy way. I'll drop the lower unit and check. Got a good pee stream until it is put into gear and the pee stream gets kind of weak, but still streaming. I'll check the mating of the grommet and the water pipe.

Dropped the lower unit and made sure water pipe and grommet for water pump were mated. Same results... There is a large weep hole on the left hand side and virtually little water coming from the right hand side. Bad water pump or call it good?
