Water Leak

Hey there everyone, forgive me if I'm posting in the wrong area, but give me some time and I will get used to it, I feel like I will be on here a lot!!

I have a water leak out of some sort of manifold or distributor on the back side of my Mercruiser 350 I/O. I'm gonna try and post a picture of it below. (Part in question is toward the bottom of the picture)

Does anyone know what the part is called so I can get one ordered?? I can't find it on any sort of diagram.

I am a first time boat owner! And I just bought a '87 Bayliner Trophy, thank you all for the help in advanced.

Appears the power steering cooler has a crack in it from improper witerization or its a rust line from the clamp

That's exactly what it is, I'm gonna pull it off tomorrow and see what she looks like. Thanks for your help!
