water leak

Hello . I have a small problem , have a small leak , or a medium leak . where the cooling water outlet is , looks like a big rubber apperatus , held together by 2 clamps , aq125b is my model number on a my volvo penta motor, looks like a easy fix , any help woould be appreaciated

Okay don on the second diagram, just to the left where number 57 is is a big rubber peace with 2 clamps 1 on top and 1 holding the bottom . It is leakings from that area

Its where 17 is right above it is where the leak is , in my book it says it is a water cooling outlet . i feel a crack in the rubber where the clamp is
