Water jacket plug

I have a water pressure guage that I would like to hook up to my 1978 35hp Evinrude, but I can't identify where the water plug is located, or is there one?

It was a cinch finding the plug on my 60hp Mariner and then connecting the water pressure tube to the nipple that was supplied with the pressure guage.

Can anyone help me out?

You don't have one. You could tee off of your tell-tale and possiably attach it there.

Thank you for the reply. I'll get a barbed Y connector and plumb it in front of the tell-tale exhaust port.
