Water in Yamaha 90TLR spark plugs

We have a 90TLR Yamaha we have replaced Exhaust Gaskets, head gaskets , cylinder gaskets ,thermostat, changed impela and housing. We fired it up and it won't stay on also have some water in the spark plugs. Can anyone give suggestions where to go from here? Thanks

Were all the metal mating surfaces immaculate clean when replaced gaskets ? Was the exhaust and head gasket torqued with a torque wrench to their factory specs when installed and retorqued back to specs after say first 5 run hours ? Gaskets cedes with heat and must be retorqued back to specs, if not could achieve some form of cooling water intrusion and rust spark plug's tips...
