Water in the cabin storage

I have a 1994 Sea Ray 33 Sundancer and recently found about two inches of water in my cabin storage located in the cabin. I lift the hatches to find both compartments with water and looking for suggestions on possible sources. I have drained the fresh water tank and gray water is empty as well.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Does it drain back into your bilge?

No I pull it out with a wet vac. It looks to happen only when in use.

I have the same year/model boat as you; check my reply on pg 1 about leaky bow rails; mine were leaking and I had to seal them
