Water in portable tank

One of my 6 gallon tanks has a few water "bubbles" in the bottom. The gas is fresh. I noticed the water by shining a flash light into the tank. I did notice a hesitation when a skier called "GO!" but other than that no running problems. Will adding something to the tank (Seafoam?) absorbe the water so I can simply burn it off? The metal tanks are hard to drain completely (lip under fuel cap). I'm guessing I have under an ounce (or two) of water and probably a gallon of fuel left, I can top it off with other partially used tanks. Advise?

The best way to remove the water from the tank is to siphon it off the bottom. Lean the tank to one end and let the impurities settle, then siphon away the unwanted contaminants loosing very little fuel.
One of these works great, and they are less than 5 dollars.

I would trash that gas and then put some alcohol in the tank to evaporate the water away after you have drained it. Then gas it up with fresh stuff, properly mixed. I try to store my partially full metal tanks where there won't be much swing in temperature, that's what causes your tank to sweat and that condensation forms inside and fouls your mix.
