water in oil

whent to clean boat just happened to check oil.looked like a little oil in it.about a1/8 of a inch at bottem but reads full. volvo 5.7 rebuilt with about 50 hrs on it i replaced 1 manifold the other 1 looked borderline when i put back together could that be the problem ? didnt see any oil on motor or in compartment can i save it ? any info will help thanks.

At this point, it Might be yer manifold, or more likely, a frozen, cracked block...
