Oil injected 40 hp keeps building up moisture in 2cyl oil resevoir. I replaced cap and gasket, still keeps getting condensation or somehow water in it and have to remove float bowls and flush resevoir. Any suggestions? Can I just pre-mix my gas and if so how do I disconnect the low oil alarm and what is the best mixture ratio?

Thanks in Advance !! Ryan

It's probably not so much condensation as rainwater. It's best to keep those under cover in a compartment. I assume that has an Autoblend? Most people just take them out of the equation and premix. No big deal about the alarm wires. Just disconnect.

50:1 That is one pint of TCW-3 rated outboard oil to six gallons of 87 octane gas.
