Water In Motor Oil...Honda 25

I recently purchased a used Honda 25 from a dealer in Florida. When I recieved it I had to replace the engine oil since they had to ship it drained. I refilled it with 1.7 qts. of 10W-30. I took it out on the river and it started right up and idled great but once you hit it to get on plane, it ran very sluggish. When we got back to the house I pulled the dipstick out and it spewed milky oil out. <br /><br />Somehow water is getting into the oil but nothing is leaking into the river, I mean, when its on the water, there are no fluid trails or oil slicks.<br /><br />I drained the oil and put fresh oil in again and ran it from the flush plug and water got into the oil again using the flush plug. Any ideas?<br /><br />I tried the place I got it from but they won't return my calls, go figure, they got their $2k.

Sounds like a blown gasket letting the cooling water into the crankcase. Is it blowing white smoke when you are idling or is the exhaust clear?<br /><br />Nav

When I first start it the exhaust is white smoke then goes clear real quick.

Are there any signs of an overheat like discolored paint around tne head or exhaust manifold?By running on the flusher you have verified that your water intrusion is internal and it sounds like substantial.Head gasket ,powerhead gasket ,oilpan gasket,cracked head ,cracked block,jealous neighbors,gilted girlfriends,etc,etc can have this effect on your engine.I,dd be talking to that dealer if I were you.

There is no discoloration and it feels warm to the touch near the exhaust manifold, not hot. I'm hoping its just a gasket, well, praying. The dealer will not return any of my calls. Took my money and ran, I guess.
