water in fuel warning.

I have a 2007 F250 with the command link gauges. The port engine fuel management gauge flashed a warning of "water in the fuel". I changed the 10 micron filter and also changed the engine filter. That filter showed no water. The engine runs fine but the warning flashes every time I take her up an plane. Do I have to reset that gauge and if so how does one do that?
Thanks

Re: water in fuel warning.

if it does it with no water in the cup the sensor is faulty. wont hurt to unplug it and run it until it gets by a dealership hopefully usually for a warrenty replacement.
