I have an 89 omc cobra 5.0 . I winterized the boat myself, last year. Before taking on our first trip this year, I ran the motor on muffs for appr. 20 minutes. I towed it to the lake (6 hours) and it started and ran fine (1/2 hour)(Ramp is moderately steep. Water was very calm). The next day it ran at idle to charge the batteries for a total of 30 min. (again, water was calm)<br />The next day it rolled over a few times and then hyrdolocked. It had water in 4 or 5 cylinders. I cleared the water and it started. I've started and ran it a dozen times since, and it's ran at 3200 RPM's for several hours with no problems. The temperature is always good (175) and it runs great. I've ran it on muffs back at the house and all is fine. Was this a freak occurance or do I have a problem.
