Water hoses go where?

Does anybody know where the following 3 hoses should go? I have a 1978 70HP 3cyl Merc<br /><br />1. Outlet on top of cylinder block goes to ?<br />2. Top water outlet on fuel pump goes to ?<br />3. Bottom water outlet on fuel pump goes to ?<br /><br />There are also connectors on the starbord side of the exhaust extension plate, A plug in the aft centre of the leg at the top, just under the exhaust extension plate and finally the tell-tale nozzle.<br /><br />Sorry for asking such a basic question guy's but I cannot find a diagram or picture anywhere, My Seloc manual is usless on this subject.

I have run a hose from the 3/8" fitting on the bottom of the fuel pump into the 3/8" fitting on the side of the exhaust extension plate.<br />I have run a hose from the 3/8" fitting on the top of the cylinder housing to the telltale and I suppose I will block off the hose coming from the top 3/8" fitting on the fuel pump as it has no place left to go?<br />Will see what happens.

Thanks for the reply ricksrster, This is one of the diagrams that has had had me stumped because it shows item 14 as being the teltale nozzle but if you have a look at the "cylinder block and crankcase assembly" link on the left of the page you will notice that it also shows a hose which goes into the top of the cylinder block (item 33) as being connected to the teltale nozzle also. I dont think they had 2 telltales as I only have enough room for one to be mounted and both diagrams don't show a tee piece.<br />I am left wondering which diagram to believe as I have hose connectors on both the fuel pump and the cylinder block that need to go somewhere.<br />Any thoughts would be appreciated.
