Water/Fuel seperator

Could someone tell me if this hose should be attached to that nipple. This is a Honda 115 Four Stroke.

I believe yes. That looks like the drain tube from the bottom of the VST. You have a screw you turn to allow fuel to drain through that hose from the VST.
