Water flow schematic??

I need for somebody with a good knowledge of the cooling system on a 1990 120 HP Force L Drive, to shed some light on the path the cooling water takes during engine cooling. I can't figure out what is going on with mine.

After 2 handfuls of hair later I have found the problem. What caused the ENTIRE issue was not a gasket,o ring, or fuel condition......it was a HUGE glob of silicone that had freed itself up and lodged its way into the hose that exits the spacer plate and joins the exhaust(#11 in the diagram).The very last link in the water chain!!! It was preventing water from exiting the head and the water was being super heated to the point of steam. Thus the cylinder head temps!! A little good advice goes a long way, but finding it is next to impossible!!
